Should you find any item to be defective, or, if you are not completely satisfied with it, you can request a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt of the garment. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was sent- unwashed and unworn. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund.

We suggest you send the package using a shipping method where you can trace it. Berek is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please ensure that RA# is written on the outside of the package.

All requests will be processed after our quality control department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately seven to ten business days to process upon receipt of the item. Exchange and return policies are subject to change.
